Composition: Shiraz 90% Vioginer 10%
Year: 2004
Alcohol: 14.2%
Tasting Notes: An emerging wine style – the Viognier (white wine) softens and adds a subtle floral to the Shiraz. This one starts out with the aroma of plum, roses, spice and oak, followed by flavors full of ripe fruit and sweet spice, finishing with crisp acid and mellow tannins. When your meal could go either way (red or white), this is the perfect wine.
Wine: Cabernet Merlot Reserve
Composition: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 50%
Year: 2004
Alcohol: 13.5%
Tasting Notes: A delicious mouthful of berries and spice. The wine starts with a lovely jammy aroma mixed with a hint of cinnamon and finishes with soft, complex tannins. In between is pure heaven. Great with traditional red wine fare, but once you taste it, you won’t want to let that hinder you.
